HTC Droid Incredible 2 struts looks for the camera again
The sequel to Verizon's highly successful Droid Incredible phone has surfaced again for a photo shoot. The HTC Droid Incredible 2 was already photographed once, and priced at the usual $199 on contract, so all we are waiting for now is the actual release date, believed to be around April 28th or sooner.
Just a reminder - the HTC Droid Incredible 2 is believed to be Verizon's version of the HTC Desire S, our review of which you can find here.
It should sport a larger 4" LCD display, second-gen 1GHz Snapdragon, 768MB of RAM, 8MP camera plus a front-facing one, and 8GB of internal memory.
Rumors were that it will ship with Android 2.3 Gingerbread, but the leaked unit seems to be running Froyo for now. Not a bad set of specs, but nothing groundbreaking for the price either. Still, the iconic elevated back cover stays the same, and that certainly counts for something.
